Bat Soul

I got the Bat Soul and its quest. Returned it to Lady Muunn but she doesn't give me the shape. Reloaded UI, relogged and nothing. Is there a reputation requirement?

Edit: A day after, tried again. Now Lady Muunn shows me the "Bat" option. But it took a bit to show in the list while the list window was open. So if this happens to you, try relogging and such and give it a couple of seconds after you select "What other forms can I take" . You might have to make that selection in 2 consecutive screens.

Thank you, this helped. As counter-intuitive as it may seem, I had to select "What other forms can I take?" four times. The third time I saw no forms listed, but clicking "What other forms..." a fourth time took me to yet another page where I finally saw Bat.

[item=189977] is one of new soulshapes added in patch 9.2. You can find it during your runs through Torghast, Tower of the Damned.
You can sometimes run into a chained Lost Soul objects. After setting it free you will get related quest and a related shoulshape as a reward.
