As of dragonflight can no longer do these as lvl 70, no quest credit for killing the mobs. Please report in-game bug

On this WQ at firs kill 15 mobs then place [object=364939] at 43.5 33.4 then it will appear [npc=157510] slay him.

not so many around and they are small but they do count towards the quest progress too (and have a lot less health!),
