They all appear to have 100% drop rates. The only reason this "chain" needs to take anyone any time at all really is if you stop to pick all the bloody Golden Sansam and Sorrowmoss.

The quest is called "Prayerblossom", but when you target these flowers the text on them says "Prayerbloom".
There is three spiders around the blossoms.
You can kill all the spiders and collect the blossoms. The respawn of the blossoms is much quicker than the spiders so you only need to kill them ones, while you wait for the blossoms to respawn.

Description
I have worked for years to try to cure the affliction of the Broken. The foul energies that corrupted them did more than twist their bodies; it took the comfort of the Light from them. They cannot feel its warmth. I cannot let Magtoor pass on in darkness, {name}. Before he worsened, I was studying prayerblossom, a flower that grows in the shifting mire. It grows hardy in even the darkest shade. I beg of you, gather these flowers for me, for Magtoor's sake.
