TheWoWDBI received the quest Neeka Bloodscar after completing Swamp of Sorrows Quests already. As such, my only motivation was to continue questing in the zone on the off chance that there may be transmog gear I would get for the new transmog wardrobe in Legion.
Below is the chain of quests I pursued after Neeka Bloodscar; in essence, there was no transmog gear rewarded by any of them. As such, there is not much of a point to pursuing them unless you are interested in some meager gold, a bit of story, or have yet to complete Swamp of Sorrows Quests.

Description
I have been ruined, {class}. I placed my strength in Helgrum, and now it bleeds from his gaping wounds. Wounds too deep to heal, flesh that refuses to knit. He murmurs in fear, consumed by fever and pain. I cannot leave his side. Not now. Please, I ask you in shame to gather herbs for me. The prayerblossom that grows in the swamp is an old remedy for soothing. With enough of it, his pain might be stilled.

These are tough to see. Increasing your particle density to ultra will make the sparklies around them much more noticeable.
