Just in case anyone else was wondering why they couldn't find it according to any of the descriptions... it's because the Priestess Udum'ra is NOT inside the instance, and that the Hall of Masks is the room that is just outside the entrance to the instance.
Wowhead misleadingly shows a map of the instance...
The Wowhead map is in fact Misleading, it is not in the instance at all.
*Walk down into the temple, you will see 2 level 53 Corrupted Guardians and across from them is the entrance to Sunken Temple, which you don't go into.
*Go to the hall way to your right and go right again and follow it down some stairs.
*You will run into a few enemies level 52 to 53, all easy kills as is the Priestess her self which is in that same room.

Description
My brethren are being butchered here. It's as I thought. I must ask your help further before I enter, {name}. In the passageway outside this room, the hallway proceeds left and right. To the right, it goes down to the Chamber of Blood. Here the Atal'ai perform their dark rituals. They have expected and prepared for my kind for years, but not for you. Enter the Chamber of Blood and slay the Priestess Udum'bra. She is one of three foul presences here that must be vanquished before I may enter.
