This quest is picked up from Lord Itharius at Temple of Attar' Hakkal. If you walk up the stairs to the temple you will find him easy. He standing in front of the entrance leading to the dungeon.

To complete the quest you simply have to swim around the temple and pick up these artifacts. You do not enter the temple itself. They can be found all around the temple. I have submitted a screen shot to illustrate it. They can be a bit tricky to see, but other than that an easy and simple quest to do.

When done hand it back in to Lord Itharius.

These things are hard to see. They are small brown clumps and don't glisten like you are probably used to. I just jumped around until I saw a Sawfin Frenzy and went down. You might as well kill the Frenzies in the area, otherwise they become an irritant.

Description

The trolls that lurk within this temple have done grievous harm to my kind, {name}. We were sent here to guard this place, and were instead used to unleash the terrible powers within. I must beg you for the help only a mortal can give. You can be my hand within the temple; should I enter by myself, I risk being turned against my brothers as well. We shall make a pact. If you wish to help, first gather Atal'ai artifacts from the waters around the temple, and return them to me.
