In Mechagon, you will find a Blueprint: Beastbot Powerpack lying on the ground at Bondo's Yard. Click to loot it. Located at coordinates: 60.93 41.57. It starts the quest Blueprint: Beastbot Powerpack.
Turn in the quest at Pascal-K1N6 in Rustbolt.
You blueprint is uploaded into Pascal's database. Now you can craft Beastbot Powerpack for 250 x Spare Parts, and 1 x Energy Cell.
What to do with this item? Go back to Bondo's Yard. Camp there until Malfunctioning Beastbot spawns. It is a neutral gorilla robot. If you have the Beastbot Powerpack item in your inventory, you can interact with Malfunctioning Beastbot. When you power him up, he comes to life.
It is a rare elite boss. The loot table will be known later, but for now, all I looted was: Spare Parts x 18, Fractured Personality Module (trash), Small Azerite Shard (100 Azerite), and reputation with the Rustbolt Resistance increased by 50.

You have to turn in the quest to NPC "Pascal-K1N6" . However, Pascal-K1N6 will be missing until you start the questline "The Legend of Mechagon" . If you're Alliance, the questline starts in BORALUS! So you will need to fly all the way BACK to Boralus to speak to Tinkmaster Overspark; and begin the Mechagon starter questline, which includes rescuing Pascal-K1N6 (as the questline will lead you back to Mechagon).
When back on Mechagon, speak to Prince Erazmin and he will ask you to rescue their Rustbolt scientists & kill mobs. THEN on the Prince's 3rd quest, he will ask you to rescue Pascal-K1N6 (he is a robot). After ALL THAT, Pascal will finally appear in the town Rustbolt on Mechagon.
That is every comment on this page.
