So it was said that starting with patch 8.2.5 the Mecha-Done Achievement is Account Wide.
What was never clear to me is that Junkyard Architect is not really part of that. So what I see now is that you can NOT get few blueprints on one character and the rest on another in order for Junkyard Architect to get completed. So make sure you collect all the blueprints in one place, on one character to get your [item=168329].
All the other achievements that are part of Mecha-Done seem to be indeed "account wide".
