This isn't a very good explanation. Crazed Trogg has an extremely low chance, less than 1% chance of dropping it. And it does NOT have a chance to drop from ALL the Data Anomalies, only the Rare Elites, Hogger or Razorclaw the Butcher (same loot table), Balnazzar or Captain Kromcrush (same loot table), Baron Kazum or Crowd Pummler 9-60 (same loot table), or Barron Geddon. 4 chances each time Discs of Norgannon is up at much higher percentage chances than Crazed Trogg.
