Cant turn in Blueprint: Perfectly Timed Differential at rustbolt. The question mark is there but no one there to complete the quest. I see a bunch of people going to the same spot so there is summon that's supposed to be there but I cant see them. Please assist.
You have to unlock Mechagon by following the questline in Nazjatar until you unlock world quests. Once you unlock them then the quest chain to open Mechagon starts (In Zuldazar, to the right of the flight master). After that you can turn in the blueprint.
