Not a guaranteed drop from Paragon Chests, though. Getting bitter. I'm 4 chests in now and this is still my last blueprint for the achievement. One vinyl, one paint, and one blueprint to be done with this island and I will literally never come back except if I decide to change mains and need some rings/trinkets to get me started. The amount of RNG for this island's EXPLORATION achievements is unreal.
I have all the parts but it says Source: Reserved for the most dedicated members of the Rustbolt resistance. I am exalted with them so i do not understand why i cannot get this. Is it an engineering only pattern or something?
