We can still use more sanguine hibiscus. We're always struggling to find more.
Bring them to me in bunches of five and I will be most grateful.

In 4.3 this is a repeatable quest (blue questionmark) that is given by T'shu in Underbog. You do not need any prior reputation with Sporeggar to do this. Shrubberies are still obtained by normal means, as drops or looted from flowers through the dungeon.
Bring me another shrubbery, lest I say "Ni"!
This repeatable quest rewards 750 rep instead of 250 as of 4.3.3. Humans will get more with their racial bonus. You can pick up the quest from T'shu just inside the entrance to the Underbog. Sanguine Hibiscus drops from the mobs in the instance or can be picked up like an herb. It isn't soulbound, so you can also trade it or buy it from the auction house.

The sporelings are a mostly peaceful race of mushroom-men native to Outland. Their home is located in the southern bogs of Zangarmarsh.
Reputation group: The Burning Crusade.
Other quests in The Underbog that reward Sporeggar reputation: Stalk the Stalker (+350), Bring Me A Shrubbery! (+250).
Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.
Coilfang Reservoir is the name for a naga-dominated compound that lurks under Zangarmarsh's deepest waters. The reservoir, punctured throughout by massive open pipes and pistons, seems big enough to house armies - and, yet, its purpose isn't strictly military.
Bosses in the Adventure Guide, in order: Hungarfen, Ghaz'an, Swamplord Musel'ek, The Black Stalker.
Entrance: Zangarmarsh at 54.4, 34.4.
