TheWoWDBIf you're moving around too quickly, you'll miss him. As you enter the Hold, go to the right, straight down the hall and then face left. Where the stairs are going upstairs, you should see a staircase going down. He's down there, don't be running all around killing the guy upstairs, there's no point.

It's funny that the scourge can see something that the Horde and Alliance can not.
The Scourge are brothers in death like the Horde and Alliance are brothers in Life, both sharing a common goal, but the Living are still too proud to cooperate. But, I guess that's the point of the story.

Description
Breaking through the Scarlet lines was no easy task. We suffered many casualties during the assault and lost one of our best death knights, Koltira Deathweaver. I don't know whether he's dead or alive, but I'll be damned if we don't search for him. I last saw him being bound in irons and dragged away to the Scarlet Hold, northeast of here. Tear that keep asunder, death knight. Find Koltira!
