This is the introductory quest to the Brawler's Guild. You need to go back to Stormwind, and head to the Deeprun Tram to talk to Pick Butterworth.
It'll then start the Questionable Qualifications quest, which simply requires you to purchase the [item=254690] (50g) so you can enter the Brawler's Guild.

How to Access Bizmo’s Brawlpub via Deeprun Tram (Midnight Pre-Patch)
With the new patch leading into the Midnight expansion, Deeprun Tram now provides access to Bizmo’s Brawlpub, an active Brawler’s Guild-style location filled with NPCs where players can brawl for fame.
Getting There
Enter the Deeprun Tram from either Stormwind or Ironforge.
Move forward until you reach the first main platform (before boarding the train).
Face down the tracks and look slightly to the left side of the platform.
Look for a blinking red light along the wall beside the track.
Carefully jump down near the red light.
Follow the lower tunnel path forward.
You will arrive at Bizmo’s Brawlpub.
Starting Brawling Content
Once inside Bizmo’s Brawlpub, locate and speak to Bizmo’s Brawlpub Bouncer.
Choose: “Yes, sign me up for a fight!”
This unlocks the quest The Gloves Are Off, which begins your Brawl progression.Notes:
No special class abilities required.
Area contains multiple NPCs, vendors, and Brawl enthusiasts.
If you fall while attempting the jump, simply run back to the platform and try again.Enjoy the fights
