TheWoWDBSo.. Have the quest but Alton isn't spawning? Checked the waypoitns, all around it. Went inside - can't do brawler things.... I feel like I'm missing something.

This is the introductory quest to the Brawler's Guild. You need to go back to Orgrimmar, and head to the Brawl'gar Arena (Valley of Honor) to talk to Alton Philips.
It'll then start the Questionable Qualifications quest, which simply requires you to purchase the [item=254690] (50g) so you can enter the Brawler's Guild.
