TheWoWDBRide the primal up the hill and go put out fires, mainly by killing small fire elementals with your #2 targeted spell.
I don't think I took too much damage but I'm finding myself back on the beach facing him and unable to select "I am ready" from his dialog. Might be an addon conflict. Reloading my UI fixed it. Mouse buttons were dead but keyboard interaction still worked.

Can bug out and not phase right. I was in the "normal" phase, and was able to kill the rare that patrols the area to the north with just a few hits. Just jump off and mount him again to fix it.

I thought neptulon was taken by that giant octopus in that cata dungeon and we never got to rectify his story..? So hes still gone right? or did we magically save him and he sent us his aide in this water elemental to use for this WQ..
