For this all you need to do is accept the quest Armies of Legionfall and talk to Khadgar on the Dalaran Flight pad.
Once you complete that quest you can then accept Assault on Broken Shore and do the following.

Assault on Broken Shore
For this Quest/Scenario you need to do about 8 stages.
Stage 1: Tell Khadgar you are ready and fly to the Broken Shore.
Stage 2: Kill demons on the Broken Shore till the bar reaches 100%
Stage 3: Kill Lord Kalgorath
Stage 4: Close 3x Legion Portals & Reach 100% on the bar by killing demons (Again).
Stage 5: Kill Dread Commander Arganoth
Stage 6: Take the Gateway Portal
Stage 7: Plant 7x Arcane Bombs along the command ship
Final Stage: Kill Mephistroth(Sorta)

Description

Thanks to your leadership, the {class} order has grown even mightier than I had dared hope. Alongside champions of the other orders, we now have a fighting force capable of driving the Burning Legion from our world. It's time to end this invasion! Using the Pillars of Creation, we will dissipate the Felstorm and seal the Tomb of Sargeras.
