You have to get the quest Eastwind Rest here: Eastwind Rest
from General Nazgrim here: [npc=59442]
in Binan Village. You talk to a couple npc's, turn in and get next quest here: Challenge Accepted
Kill [npc=59483] for that quest, turn in and watch the cinematic and then Eastwind Rest is not burning and you can get your candy bucket. Yay!
