i found it easiest to stand just outside the entrance of the cave — the quest area starts there, and [npc=151534] respawn pretty rapidly and run out onto/past the platform where the naga start spawning. it's really easy to stand there and grab them as they run out. the scavengers die really quickly (faster than the oracles and reavers that are inside the cave, and scavengers have no annoying abilities to interrupt, dispel, or run away from), and as soon as you finish the quest you can mount up and fly away, assuming you've earned flying! just be careful not to inch too close to the platform, because you'll exit the quest area and won't get credit for the murlocs you kill. so if you have to scoot up to grab anything, make sure to run back to just before the cave entrance to reactivate the quest.
this can't be stressed enough (Scavengers have a lot less health than the Reavers/Oracles) , but be careful of players training murlocs as they exit the Blindlight cave (you might need to delete an Orb of the Drowned if one gets dropped at cave entrance)
