Haha, I moved past 2 worms on the way to the scepter on my hunter, and to drop agro I used Feign Death, and Thalyssra and Lor'themar faked death too.
PS: Just did the same oon follow up quest, and the Gilbin Neri too feigned death. Seems a new (hidden) implementation?
