This quest is picked up (by Horde) from Awilo Lon'gomba (not linked to it on Wowhead yet), the grand master cooking trainer in Dalaran. Just run around the city in bars and inns looking for wine glasses with the lootable sparkles (don't forget to check upstairs, some guests like a nightcap before bed). You'll get most of what you need in the inn you got the quest from.
The cheese shop is on the east side of the city, next door to the Bank of Dalaran and the horde quarter. The cheese is not sold by the vendor but rather looted from a table by the door (don't feel bad about stealing, its crappy cheese).
Use the platter in your inventory (looks like a low level shield) to combine the items into your quest item and turn it in at Legendary Leathers at the very back of the Magus Commerce Exchange.
I'm from a province in the Netherlands called Limburg and one of the famous things from Limburg is our really smelly cheese, so that's where the Aged Dalaran Limburger is from :-)

Description
Ranid Glowergold in the Leatherworkers shop in Dalaran has had a sudden craving for wine and cheese. Collect cheese which is on the shelf at "One More Glass" in central Dalaran and half full wine glasses found on tables all over the city. Pour the wine together into a bottle and serve it with the cheese to Ranid. We don't think he will know the difference.
