The mushrooms spawn in various locations in the sewer; respawn seems fairly quick. I've found plenty in the arena area, although there are some more through the pipe near the poison/reagent vendor.
And again, 2 chilled meat; pretty easy to get, has a chance to drop off nearly every mob in northrend.

We have an important order that needs to go out! Orton Bennet in Curiosities & Moore needs a mushroom meatloaf. Get some infused mushrooms found in the Dalaran sewers, chilled meat, and cook them in this meatloaf pan. When you're done, deliver the cooked meatloaf to Orton.
