I'm sure there are some references, I thought I'd make a list for anyone curious. Let me know if I'm missing any names.
Private Lorelai Whetstone (on the ship)
Sergeant Major Alison Flint (near the captain)
Knight Captain Ellis R. Ladimore, Captain of the Fathomdasher (your target)
Corporal Jameson Keefe (to the right of the ship)
Private James Simmons (in front of the ship)
Ladimore is a name of a Night Watcher in Darkshire and her father is an elite mob patrolling the Raven Hill Cemetery. Maybe captain Ladimore is her brother?

Requirements
Read from the Blizzard quest API.
Description
You are no longer able to hear Hobart's voice over the static. You can make out the outlines of several floating bodies nearby. They have significantly decomposed, but their dog tags should still be intact. Hopefully the dog tags can help identify Marshal Valentine.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
