You must cook 4 Rhino Dogs. The recipe can be learned from various trainers.
Gather the 4 Wild Mustard in the courtyard. As Siven said, it's a decent respawn rate.
Closest Rhino meat to Dalaran is in the Foot Steppes in the Storm Peaks (coords around 38 ,63) directly northeast of Frosthold. Kill the Ice Steppe Rhinos and bulls. Just be sure you do so quickly because the local dragons are hungry and have a tendency to snatch them up :).

Archmage Pentarus likes to watch the occasional game of battle ball and is preparing to go, but needs food for the trip. You need to fill his picnic basket with 4 rhino dogs that you cook and then 4 wild mustard that are found in grassy areas of the city. Bring him his picnic basket so he can be ready to go see the big game.
