TheWoWDBThis quest puzzled me a bit when I checked on WoWHead as I couldn't find out where to obtain the recipe as an Alliance player and further due to the fact that the spawn point of the Jug of Wine on the map looked as if it was within the Horde-only area.
To clarify, the Jug of Wine spawns at random spots in the "One More Glass" shop. There are quite a few jugs of wine scattered all over the shop but only one should be interactable with. Check upstairs as well if you are unable to find it on the 1st floor.
If you leveled cooking late like me and didn't have the recipe for Nothern Stew, head to Valiance Keep in Borean Tundra and get the quest from Rollick MacKreel. All he asks for is 4 x Chilled Meat so if you have it on you, instant turn in. :p

Northern Stew is made from Chilled Meat. This drops off most beasts in Northrend. The cheese shop (One More Glass) is just left of the entrance to the Horde Quarter. You'll find the jug of wine on the floor inside.
The recipe is obtainable at level 65 when you turn in 4 chilled meat to one of the following...

You need to provide some Northern Stew and a Jug of Wine from the cheese shop "One More Glass" in central Dalaran. The owner of the cheese shop owes me the wine and you should find it somewhere around the shop. Bring the wine and stews to Arille.
