Chips off the Old Crystal Block is a quest for level 10-80 in Zaralek Cavern. It rewards 1 reward item and 1 reputation reward.
The crystalline creatures back home are as mysterious as they are stompy.
What allows them to move? Are they even really alive? What do they taste like?
Bring Fanilly a few samples to start studying. Just not any big enough to step on anyone in Loamm, ok?

bad quest
Wow spawn rates are really bad for these things in the only spot they're indicated to be at.
If you're doing this, wait for the "Discordant Crystals" event in the area to be up and you'll get a more reasonable amount of spawns for this quest lol.
Quest turn in on the mini map is not accurate- Fanilly is actually at 56° 55' outside the large round building in the center of Loamm. I made a /tar Fanilly macro which helped me find him.
