In case you were as confused as me about this. (NOT using blizzard standard UI)

1 - Use the camera (either by clicking it in your bags or the icon by the quest tracker)
2 - Point the light circle at the massive yellow arrow
2 - THEN click the camera icon on the replacement action bar that appears. (If you're using standard Blizz UI then a big ass Action bar should appear)

If you are using Blizz standard UI I guess you didn't even come here looking for help :D

Description

I... I need to bring the evidence of this insanity back to my flight. It may destroy us, but my people need to know what happened here. I borrowed some cataloging cameras from Tellywin. Can you join me in documenting these atrocities? I can provide you with a similar protection to that which I gave in the vault. I will leave any fighting to you; I cannot bring myself to cause any more suffering than my flight has already wrought. Let us be done with this as swiftly as possible.
