Emberthal wanted this guy Sarkareth dealt with yesterday. I understand! I hate waiting too!

This door is frustratingly hard to crack... But! I have a plan because I always have a plan! My recipe for success is being one step ahead of everyone else. It's worked for me so far! Sorta.

Just a heads up, there are Buzzing Orb cores lying around on the ground in various nooks and crannies. For whatever reason people were all fighting the live orbs for drops, and I just walked around and picked up almost enough to complete the quest. Only had to kill 2 orbs.
