These aren't always easy to see as many are imbedded in the bright green ground cover at the base the pillar structures. I didn't aggro any mobs while gathering and found four around a cluster of pillars on the shore just north of Aquifon (48.0, 73.8)
Zaralek Caverns coords 48.74. Loot the egg covered looking items next to yellow mob npcs, the giant crystal pillars, and purple flowers.

Description
Ah, Uplander! Can I ask for your assistance? The cavern below is full of mushrooms that are useful for all kinds of things! Miss Mistie has asked for help gathering them for her alchemical experiments. She says the Gelcap mushrooms produce sticky spores that she can make into a balm, good for easing achy joints and bunions! I sure could use some after standing around on these hard stones all day! If you can find her some, I'm sure she will make it worth your while!
