TheWoWDBThe lootbags give the appropriate crafting materials (Wildercloth/resilient leather+adamantite scales/serevite) and a [item=198048] that can be used to improve ilvl for any recipe (which will make them appropriate for a mid-60s levelling pace).
You don't have to turn the materials into armor though. Tailors for example can just use it to make a bag or something. Also note for some non-armor professions, as a result of the "plate" bag containing mining rocks, Engineers (serevite bolts) and Jewelcrafters (prospecting) for example can get some alternative non-equipment uses out of the loot. For Mail/Leather bags, With lower general demand for mail scales, at least on the NA AH, I would probably pick the leather bag regardless of what LW sub-class you use, to get slightly more value. Regardless, at least you can sell everything else (other than the Matrix, which is BoP) that you can't find a use for!
