Curses!

Curses! is a quest for level 60 in Ardenweald. It is step 8 of 12 in the Night Warrior's Curse storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Ardenweald at 45.7, 53.0. It rewards 10,200 experience and money.

Description

Oh, dear me, this is terrible! Just terrible!

I know precisely which awful curse afflicts that poor soul! But these damnable spriggans keep stealing my scrolls, scattering them all over and ripping them apart!

Now the falls are overrun with all manner of dangerous magic!

The spriggans have the pieces of the scroll you need. Gather them along with a binding from one of the major hexes, and you can put it all back together.

The Unleased Major Hex is off to one side in a separate quest zone "bubble" from where you find the normal quest mobs. If your minimap is zoomed all the way in you won't see that there's another place to go.

You know, in case like me you don't want to watch a video for something that could easily be put in text 🙄

To comple thie quest you need to kill mobs in the area to get items

  2. [item=175137] drops from any mob in the area

  4. [item=177280] drops from [npc=165869]

The drop rate was kinda low for me.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Archivist on the EdgeArdenweald · Level 60

If the curse isn't removed, Qadarin will waste away until nothing is left! We used to bind and seal curses just like this all the time, but we haven't had to deal with one in ages. Go to Archivist Dreyden at the Grove of Memory. He will know which curse this is and can give you its scroll.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • A Secret Never SpokenArdenweald · Level 60

The first reagent listed in the scroll is a secret never spoken. Well, that's easy. I know who has tons of secrets! Watcher Vesperbloom, our resident snoop. She keeps the Wild Hunt informed of any nefarious behavior that takes place in the forest.
