The fastest way to get there is to use Goblin Glider Kit from Dalaran, because the flight poit is too fare away.

Closest [spell=222550] can do it for you if you are already in Suramar. (Need to activate it first)

World quest can bug and the most reliable way to activate it is to run away so you can't see quest in your quest log anymore, enter the area 1 more time

I Oneshoted Sorallus. That "bubble buff" you get from somewhere in Suramar worked for him aswell. So instead of dying myself I was lifted up in the air and when the boss entered my bubble BOOM boss dead. Best wtf moment of my life, havent had such a good laugh in ages
