Withered Wrangling: Tel'anor

Just hop right in the Tel'anor portal. There's lots of individual withered in the area.
To accomplish this quest, you must go to the target location. Then you must find a "Spirit Font" (title is in green) and right-click on it. This gives "Branch of the Arcan'dor" for a few minutes. This has a ranged area target spell (when you click on it's special button). When you target a "Feral Scavenger" with the spell, the Scavenger turns peaceful and disappears toward Shal'Aran. Therefore do get too close to the Feral Scavengers, as they'll attack and you'll probably have to kill them.
If the "Branch of Arcan'dor" runs out before you find ten, you'll need to find another Spirit Font to give you another Branch.
