If Continued Exposure is a WQ I recommend getting it out of the way before starting The Captive Spymaster. The withered will not stealth with you!
Remix:
There is no need to walk slowly with her, rush on down and you can hand in immediately.

We must move swiftly while the distraction is working. Mathias Shaw is being held in the lower levels of the Halls of the Eclipse directly to the south. Quickly, {name}, we must go!
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- A Burning Distraction
We're going to need a distraction if we are to rescue Mathias Shaw from where he's being held captive in Felsoul Hold. A big one. Explosives placed in a few key locations should do nicely. Noggenfogger is playing nice and has donated some bombs to the cause.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Picking a Fight
They're coming, <name>! I will get to work unlocking these fel-magic chains from the cage. You keep the Legion at bay.
