from Meredil follow the main road south-east to Suramar City. At "The Grand Promenade" go straight and then go down the stairs on the left to the "Concourse of Destiny". Go left again over the "Terrace of Enlightenment" to the stairs. You will find [npc=112760] upstairs on the right.
