This quest is the culmination of a short questline that begins upon looting [item=133762] from heroic or mythic Archimonde.
In Patch 6.2.3, defeating [npc=91331] on Heroic or Mythic difficulty rewarded [item=133762]. This quest item leads to the Shadow of the Defiler and Dark Waters questline that rewards the moose mount "[item=128422]"
The item was removed with the launch of Legion, making it into a prestige item. Similar to how the drop chance for [item=123890] was dropped from 100% to 1%.

Note: If you still have the quest item [item=133762] or the quests Shadow of the Defiler and Dark Waters after Legion started, you won't be able to complete them, but GMs might provide you the mount if you ask nicely.
