Part of a quest chain that goes:

At the end you get the Darktide Roost credit for The Garrison Campaign/The Garrison Campaign and a [item=119130] worth 250 [currency=824].

I got the Garrison Campaign quest on my second character, but not the this quest or Shredder Suppressor. I know I did the quests on my first character, but not on my second. I was able to pick up "Free Their Minds" though. Any idea while I'm not seeing these quests?

Now you can get You Have Been Rylakinated! achievement. (Demo Video)

After this quest you can loot [item=116978] from [npc=78148] or [npc=78999] or [npc=78339]. The best way is to do it early in the morning or when Assault on Darktide Roost is not daily of the day, because people will kill all the [npc=85357] and it will be hard to get 10 of them in 3 mins. Or just try to use low-pop server.
