his respawn time is about 5 minutes, if you forget to use the rod before you get aggro and kill him ... like me :P
Amusingly enough, you can also use this to speak to him if you really want to!

What to do
Description
I'm not completely certain what Teronis had in mind next, but if what he said was true about the rod's power, then it will allow you to take on another form altogether, presumably that of a furbolg. Perhaps he meant to use its powers to get closer to them, but even the uncorrupted creatures would slaughter him were he not careful. Transformed by the rod, Dartol would have to speak to a furbolg who was uncorrupted. I would start with one known as Krolg. Seek his hut southeast of Mystral Lake.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Return to Raene
I suggest you find Raene and let her know the rod is finished. I'm sure she'll know what your next course should be. Be careful... I sense a great deal of power within it for both good and ill. I hope that you and Raene know what you are doing. Good luck, <name>.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- King of the Foulweald
I care little for who you are, <race>. What I do care about is the salvation of the furbolg. Take this Bloodtooth tribe banner a short ways northeast into Greenpaw Village and place it upon their totem mound. They will consider this an act of aggression and try to destroy the banner.
