The cages you need to click on to release the rylak are set out along the beach not far from where you will likely see battleships docked. To me, the "cages" looked more like large glowing bear traps with upward turned spikes on the bottoms.

After this quest you can loot [item=116978] from [npc=78148] or [npc=78999] or [npc=78339]. The best way is to do it early in the morning or when Assault on Darktide Roost is not daily of the day, because people will kill all the [npc=85357] and it will be hard to get 10 of them in 3 mins. Or just try to use low-pop server.

Description
These goblins have been conducting horrible experiments on the rylaks. This fool gave me the location for three of their prized experiments. Set these mutated rylaks free. Maybe freedom will help these tortured souls find some peace in life.
