Fairly simple quest, simply take the Unmarked Letter (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21807) to Ley-Keeper Caidanis (http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=15405) at 44.6, 53.1.
Upon completion you will be given the Malfunction at the West Sanctum (http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9119) quest.

Above the North Sanctum there is a very cool looking planetarium and if you'll notice there is also an upper floor (complete with NPC) that you apparently cannot get to! Bummer. I wanted to go and see the planets up close!

I'm pleased to discover that you're at least somewhat competent, {name}. I'll give you another task since you seem so eager to prove yourself. This is a letter to Ley-Keeper Caidanis, the arcanist in charge of the upkeep of the North Sanctum. Go southwest of Falconwing Square and you will find him. He is a very important person, so I hope you don't bother him too much with trivial chatter.
