TheWoWDBUpon completed construction of the forge and anvil (during phase 3), this quest replaces Making Ready, and has the same objective but is a permanent daily quest that can be completed for reputation and reward, and will always be available once it is unlocked. Also, it is at this point that Smith Hauthaa will start selling her coveted Badge of Justice rewards.

You need to visit Greengill Coast, so do this quest with Disrupt the Greengill Coast and Know Your Ley Lines (I mean taking the Shrine Reading).
kill Darkspine Myrmidon starting around [59, 42] and go south. after you collect 3 keys, use them to open the small lock boxes around the trees. i found mine at [59, 51] , [61, 49] and [63, 50]

Description
Now that we have an anvil, I can really get to work. No matter how many supplies we receive, I'll always be able to put the Darkspine Iron Ore to good use. We'll need a constant supply of weapons and armor if we're to be successful here. There are a group of naga on the coast to the east of here. They're collecting ore and placing it in chests for shipment to the Legion. Relieving them of their ore will help our efforts in more ways than one....
