You actually get to see Brutallus during this quest. If you throw an Arcane Charge at him, he will yell:
"What is this pathetic magic? How about you come back with twenty.four of your best friends and try again, <Race>!Is that a hint to raid him or what?! :D
Pretty simple quest really, but its certainly my preference of the dailys in Quel Danas. Get the quest and then talk to Ayren Coudbreaker at 48,25 (next to the normal wind rider master). Select "I've been ordered to undertake an air strike" and so long as your not mounted you start the flight. I find it really easy to kill all the required mobs in one pass. The best way i can find to do it, is to assign a key binding to the Arcane Charges and then Alt+Z the screen so you get a nice wide angle of view with no obstructions. Then you just spam the bound key - target over some mobs and click.... I made a vid with ZD softwares game recorder and stuck it on youtube if anyones as bored as I am atm and wants to see it.....

Description
We've taken the armory from the enemy thanks to our aerial attacks against the Legion's forces in the Dead Scar. As a matter of fact, it's gone so well that we're going to continue our air strikes against them. Take these arcane charges and use them against their forces. Talk to Ayren Cloudbreaker at the Sun's Reach Harbor when you're ready for flight.
