TheWoWDBWhen you reach renown 19 (or other level if buggy) you have to leave Zaralek Caverns and when you get back a snail will appear with a quest.
Turn the quest in at the renown vendor in Loam.
Go to the "Rostrum of transformation" and there is now a new alternative for "Head armor".
The head armor will have the same color as the body armor.

16th of May 2024, I did NOT get the quest. I tried leaving the zone, come back, leave again and back again. No snail, no helmets. I tried reloggin. Nothing worked. All the helmets are still locked for me.
I unlocked this at renown 13. It appeared on a snail after coming back from valdrakken. It unlocked for all drakes.
