Dread Space is a quest for level 30-35 in Dread Wastes. It rewards 600 experience and money.
Shado-Pan marksmen keep a constant watch over the Dread Wastes from the top of the Serpent's Spine. They would surely welcome the aid of a skilled <class> such as yourself.
Take a kite and check in with Bowmistress Li.

If you are, like I was, wondering where to go, apparently you get a flight path location when accepting the quest. So it's actually straight forward.
Thank you. I actually abandoned this quest on my first toon cause I couldn't get onto the wall. When i got it on my 2nd toon I figured I'd look it up, he he
If you don't do this the quest till late you may find the NPC is missing and you have to ask Sidormi in the Vale to turn time back in order to see her.
