There are 3 different bosses avaible per day for that achievement, if you have exalted status with Klaxxi and want to farm it, just keep the Quest uncompleted so you can fly everyday looking for them, best you do this in a raidgroup so that you do not accidently complete it.

Description
The swarm begins, Wakener! The mantid amass at the Heart of Fear. Already they fill the skies with their wings and rend the earth with their claws. They shall not stop the dark march until their bodies are laid open and bleeding upon the ground. This we shall gladly do. We will attack them from above. While I fly, use my poisons to destroy their advance. Do not mix the two serums until you are ready to attack. The reaction can be quite... violent. Speak to me when you are ready to go.
