I never stop and read quest text and I was blazing through these quests... some dirt flew into my eye when I saw him carrying her away and my wife started cutting onions while I completed this quest.

I don't know why, but this quest really hit home for some reason. I certainly didn't expect to actually care while hammering out quests in the wastes. Just something about Chen being so curious to find his family, and finds this young woman, already dead. He never met her, he knows nothing about her. But he gives her a burial a says a few words nonetheless.
In this incredibly harsh wasteland, we are given a quest where we are just viewers. We can't do anything, she is already dead, we can't save her. We can't even help chen. In fact, all it asks us to do is stand there with him and listen to his words for her, pay our respects.
The war against the mantid is never ending, existed centuries before we were born and will continue centuries into the future. Countless pandaren have died and will die, and few will ever get a burial. At least one did.
After you accept the next quest in the chain, Chen runs off, saying "She looked like Li Li."
I have never had such a chill run up my spine before. I don't envy the Mantid and Sha that did this.

What to do
Description
I was too late. She was so small... and I was too late. She should be given a proper burial. A little warrior like her deserves better than this.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

- Fate of the Stormstouts
<name>! It is so great to see you healthy, and traveling so far. It would seem that our paths are quite tightly intertwined. I'm here looking for my family. I am told that several Stormstouts came across the wall to help face the mantid threat. I mean to find them, and join them.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Han Stormstout
There will be time for mourning later. For now, there are other Stormstouts to be found. They say that Han Stormstout was last seen exploring Kor'vess. I suspect he headed into that mantid burrow, just across the way. You should meet me down there, <name>.
