Enchanted Naga Scroll

Got this in a tier two ritual site: daggerspine point. The turn in is in silvermoon city to Archmage Aethas Sunreaver at /way 48.80, 64.64 (he's in the spot where you pick up the weeklies).

The gossip dialogue involving the scroll while on this quest:

🗨️ I found this enchanted naga missive, but I am unable to read it. Can you translate it?

<With a wave of Aethas' hand, the letters rearrange themselves. It now reads:

Deepest tidings, Princess.

Narjira the Honored graciously offers you her chosen to aid your endeavors in Eversong.

Accept and behold the Deeplurk's mastery over the powers of old.

Do not shirk this offer like the Darktide who refused her aid in their foolish pursuit of the Stormcursed.

Once you have what you need, return to the deeps. When the Concord of Tides is called, we must be the first to answer.>

Where did you find this scroll, <Name>?

🗨️ The Deeplurk naga have been attacking the coast. I found it on one of their dead.

<Aethas takes a moment to read the scroll.>

With the reports coming out of Daggerspine Point, the presence of these Deeplurk naga is... troublesome to say the least.

Our shal'dorei allies assisting on the coast have reported some sort of dark ritual underway, but for what purpose?

What could they possibly want with all that arcane energy to warrant this other tribes interference?

If you had hoped to glean answers from this scroll, I am afraid I do not have them.

Nevertheless, I will consult with the Grand Magister and the Regent Lord.

This is interesting. It seems to imply that the naga are fractured now and not under Queen Azshara's rule, even though she was freed in BfA.
