Encroaching Heat

This quest seems to be only acquirable after reaching Renown 11 with the Iskara Tuskarr. At Renown 11 you will receive the quest line The Chieftain's Duty. At which point it will take you to Uktulut Backwater (/way 53.18, 37.59), there you will find the Half-boiled fish sitting in the shallow part of the river.

Going to this area before reaching Renown 11 will show you a river without the Half-Boiled Fish.

This quest will show a fake quest marker on your map. You'll go to the spot and there will be no quest giver. You'll relog and it will go away, for a time. But guess what? It'll come back randomly. It's just a bugged quest marker. Ignore it.

I was able to do this Quest When i was doing Storyline [storyline=1362]. To unlock This Storyline You need to have Renown Level 11 with [faction=2511].

You only need to pick Up This Quest from [object=384405] /way #2022 53.09 35.29, and Give it back to [npc=188283] /way #2022 54.09 38.22, Reward is 1 from 4 recipe:
