If you can't speak with Majordomo Selistra, /reload did the trick for me.
The NPC dialogue associated with this quest:
[npc=191895] says: Our queen awaits!
The player follows Majordomo Selistra to find [npc=187115] and [npc=191896] in the Wild Hatchery.
Majordomo Selistra says: My queen! You took a mighty blow; I will call for aid.
Alexstrasza the Life-Binder says: I will be fine, Selistra. The eggs?
Majordomo Selistra says: Rescued. Safe. None remain in the clutches of the Primalists.
Wrathion says: I am happy to see that I arrived just in time.
The player speaks to Majordomo Selistra to check in and advance the quest, prompting a cutscene.Spoiler
Alexstrasza the Life-Binder says: Wrathion, you have my gratitude.
Alexstrasza the Life-Binder says: Your aid was... unexpected, but appreciated.
Wrathion says: It was an honor to stand with you, my Queen.
Wrathion says: I trust your flight will now assist us in claiming the Obsidian Citadel from the djaradin.
Alexstrasza the Life-Binder says: Of course we will... after we see to the safety of the eggs.
Wrathion says: Surely they are secure now that Raszageth has been driven away.
Alexstrasza the Life-Binder says: You do not know her as I do, young one.
Alexstrasza the Life-Binder says: She is an unpredictable foe.
Alexstrasza the Life-Binder says: For now, we must remain at the Life Pools and safeguard our future.
Wrathion says: Our future? Or yours?
Wrathion says: The Obsidian Citadel was built to defend all of the Dragon Isles.
Wrathion says: You cannot abandon the legacy of my flight to the hands of our enemies.
Alexstrasza the Life-Binder says: I would have expected you to care more for the protection of helpless eggs, Wrathion.
Wrathion says: Stay then.
Wrathion says: Tend to what matters most to your flight, and I will save what matters most to mine.

What to do
Description
From what I saw, the queen fell back to the Wild Hatchery. It is an outpost to keep watch over the proto-drakes in the area... I only hope that its defenses are enough. We must head there at once!
