quest bug, to click on the box you should kill his pet first
While it makes a lot of sense, you're not going to be able to do this while on A Challenge From Our Enemies. It's in a different phase. I just spent 15 minutes searching the house all over just to look it up on wowhead and realize the chest and [npc=104369] weren't there at all.
